As more and more celebrities are now wearing band T-shirts, we thought we’d take a moment to tell you how WE wear OUR band tees, because no…you surely don’t need to rock $1,000 dollar shoes or $500 pants to accompany your $25 shirt from Rockabilia. Now without further ado, let’s get started:
10. Cut the sleeves off, and wear it with gym shorts or joggers, for the toughest “athleisure” look yet! Show off the “guns” in a vintage Guns N’ Roses tee – amirite?
9. Go with oversized! One huge (pun intended) trend in band tees we’re seeing lately is quite literally to either go big or go home. Honestly, I was skeptical at first. My baggy shirts and huge pants phase is personally long gone, and thus I have been rocking shirts that actually FIT me properly ever since. But after sizing up a size or two, it’s undeniable: the comfort level is off the charts, and it gives you a whole new look and feel.
8. For the ladies out there, a vintage band tee tucked under high-waisted shorts or “mom jeans” might SOUND like a disaster, but in reality…it actually looks pretty rad. Yeah, we’re just as surprised.
